Thank you for shopping with AmouRiche. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving their order, without giving a reason.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, smoke, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products

4. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@amouriche-support.comย with your order number.
  2. Wait for return instructions and the return address.
  3. Package the item securely.
  4. Ship the return using a tracked shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage, as AmouRiche is not responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless legally required or if the item was defective.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amouriche.store@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
